…including a science fantasy epic, a hard-boiled historical fantasy series, and a series of cozy dungeon-crawling adventures. His short fiction is collected in two volumes, the Amazon-bestselling When Stars Move & Other Stories and the dark and madcap Assistant to a Judge of Hell & Other Stories.

His writing has appeared in publications such as Abyss & Apex, Speculative City, and on The Gallery of Curiosities podcast. He’s a graduate of Viable Paradise and Taos Toolbox and was a semi-finalist for the Writers of the Future award. He is a member of the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America.

Shannon lives in a treehouse on the Puget Sound with his spouse, subject tot he whims of two crazy cats. When he’s not writing fiction, he moonlights as a project manager, blogs about tabletop role-playing games, and makes a mean Negroni.
